The spirit of the story is throughout pure m the persons exemplary, even ideal, their efforts noble, even ideal. This can of course have a awakening and encouraging impact on the young reader\'s mind, especially when the impact of the virtues is not depicted in pedagogical and boring lectures but they are connected to the characters and their actions. Sometimes there are even downsides but it happens with fine, careful touch, so that it only completes the meaning. This novel is a sequal to the earlier, very popular novel \'Kahdeksan serkusta\' and describes these cousins as young men and women and guides some of them to the haven of marriage. The cousins and their family are depicted as emphatically as in the last story. Description is fluent, done with a sensitive mind, and it impacts directly the young readers. Probably everyone who has red the last story hurry to get this one, but even one who didn\'t read the last one can read this one, because it\'s in it\'s plot and consistence so independent that it can be enjoyed by it\'s own."
