First husband, comte Honoré Théodore de Lascaris de Vintimille, married in 1787, was lieutenant commander of the royal Italian regiment in France. When the Revolution broke out, Vintimille emigrated and she obtained a divorce in 1793. Remarried in 1796 to Pierre Germain de Thellusson, baron de Coppet (1767–1831), with whom she had three daughters.
