Writer, editor, public speaker and translator from english. Translated into the Norwegian minority language: New Norwegian. Often involved in controversial issues in her day, such as women in the church. She was herself the first woman to give a sermon in the Church of Norway, in 1921. She attacked the Jesuit order, and was one of the leading figures of the Norwegian anthroposophical society. She took university courses in medicine, oriental languages and theology.
